Rani Mangammal Museum Sculptures – Photogrammetric Artifact Miniatures
A set of white, 3D-printed miniature sculptures of stone artifacts from Rani Mangammal Museum, generated using smartphone-based photogrammetry as an introductory exercise by architecture students.

This series of monochrome white miniatures represents ancient stone sculptures housed in the Rani Mangammal Museum (Government Museum, Trichy). Created by architecture students as a preliminary practical exercise in photogrammetric scanning and 3D reconstruction, the models capture key iconographic features of various historical artifacts—including standing deities, seated figures, and classical torso fragments. Digitally mapped using handheld mobile phones and physicalized through Additive manufacturing, these models serve as an initial exploratory dataset for digital heritage preservation and artifact cataloging.
